Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility using UPS or USPS Standard Shipping.

Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Processing Time:
Orders placed after 12 PM CST on a shipping day will be processed on the next scheduled shipping day.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not shipping days.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address.

Delays:
We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package leaves our facility, including weather-related or other unexpected service disruptions.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
