Dirty Rice with Deer Meat & Sausage is a treat at deer camp!

Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter
1-pound Ground Deer
1 pound Ground Deer Sausage
1 pound Chicken Livers finely chopped
2-pound Cajun Veggie Mix
3 cups of washed Long Grain White Rice
Sausage Seasoning
Malcom's King Craw Seasoning
Chicken Broth
Garlic Paste
Directions Melt butter and start browning all the meat.
Once the meat is browned, you can add the veggie mix. As soon as the veggies are translucent, lightly season them to your liking.
Add 3 cups of washed rice and allow it to saute just for a few minutes.
Then add your chicken broth until the liquid is about an inch above the rice and other ingredients.
Bring to a light simmer and cover for about 25-30 minutes or until tender.
Fluff your rice and taste to check the seasoning, add if needed.
