Today at Deer Camp, we're making our favorite fried deer tenderloin sandwich. This perfect and crispy sandwich is great for any toppings and delicious to eat. We like ours with blue plate mayo and an extra kick of prime beef seasoning and hot sauce!

2 Inner Deer Tenderloins
Cooking Flower
Cooking Oil
Any Seasoning of Your Choice (We used Swine Life "Prime Beef")
Killer Hogs "Hot Sauce"
Egg Wash

Directions

Take the inner tenderloins and half them so you have 4 servings.
Use a meat mallet to whoop them out flat and thin. The thinner the better.
Get your flower and egg wash seasoning up. Place the tenderloins in the flour, then the egg wash, and back in the flower.
Place them on a cooling rack for a few minutes while the grease gets hot.
Pan fry until golden brown and crispy.
Build your sandwich with all the toppings you like and enjoy!
