Ingredients

1-box lasagna noodles
1-rotisserie chicken or 3-4 chicken breast cooked
2-jars alfredo sauce
1-bag frozen spinach or fresh
1-container fresh mushrooms
1-small container cottage cheese or ricotta cheese ( your preference)
1-large bag mozzarella cheese or 2 small bags
1⁄2 stick butter
Italian seasoning to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil noodles in water until done and drain
Debone chicken and shred
Add 1⁄2 stick of butter to a skillet on medium heat, add in mushrooms and
spinach cook until soft and add salt and pepper to taste.
mix cottage or ricotta cheese,1⁄2 the mozzarella cheese, and Italian
seasoning into a bowl and mix
lay out the noodles and layer on the cheese mixture, mushroom & spinach,
chicken, and spoon a little sauce on the last layer.
roll the layered noodles up and place them into a baking dish with an open
ends facing up
pour sauce over the top and add the rest of your cheese on top
sprinkle with Italian seasoning
bake in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melts
