Season wings and put on a 300-degree pellet grill until they reach 200-degrees internal. (depending on the grill this could take 45 minutes to an hour)
While wings are cooking assemble your sauce, add buffalo sauce, butter, juice of 1/2 a lime, beer, black pepper, crushed red pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic to a pot. Heat the sauce until it is very warm, do not boil.
Once the wings are done add the cilantro to the sauce and dunk each wing coating generously.
Put the sauced wings on a platter and zest one whole lime over the top of all the wings (you can put as much lime zest as you like).
