Melt the butter in a pan at medium heat, then sear your deer meat. Season it with your Killer Hogs AP, then cook to your desired temperature (I cook mine on the rare side). Take the meat out on pan and drain on a plate.
Add oil to your pan, and put your onions in the pan and heat. Once the onions are translucent, add your potato chunks to the pan, and turn your heat down to med-low. Cook, flipping occasionally, until your potatoes are fork tender. Add oil as needed.
Once your potatoes are fork tender, add your deer meat back into the pan. Heat on medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until the deer meat is hot again.
Pour your bag of cheese over the top of the tenderloin and taters. Put your oven on broil, and place your pan in the oven to get the cheese hot and bubbly on top.
Enjoy! Serve on biscuits, tortillas, or whatever everyone at camp gets down with.
